21 Day Walking Challenge

Move a little every day and feel amazing. Join me for this 3 week walking challenge designed to get you (and a friend) moving every day. Each day you will get an email with a prompt to set your goal . Each week we will increase our mileage and you will be invited to participate in a live outdoor walk with me at someplace special. So grab your walking shoes and let's get moving.

Yoga Trapeze

Yoga Trapeze is an excellent way to build upper body and core strength, add flexibility to the hips and shoulders, and stretch the entire spine. Although there are inversions done in a yoga trapeze class, not everyone has to do a full inversion.

While it is recommended that each participant purchases their own trapeze, you may rent one for 6 sessions at $25. Trapezes are sold in-house for $125.

Kids' Yoga Trapeze Day Camp

Kids' Yoga Trapeze Teens and Tweens Day Camp is an immersive experience that weaves together a fun and dynamic style of yoga with mindfulness practices that can help promote self-esteem, self-awareness and better interpersonal relationships.

The Yoga Trapeze camp begins with a mini mindfulness meditation, followed by a fun 1-hour long yoga trapeze practice filled with flips, floats and flexibility. We will then break and tap into our creativity with an art activity. Each child will be given all the tools necessary to create a painting using their imagination, and creativity. In our last hour, we'll get back into our yoga trapeze for a more relaxing, restorative yoga experience.

No previous aerial experience required! For ages 8 - 15. Please have them bring a water bottle and a light snack, as snacks are not provided.
